Investigation abstract

EMPLOYEE #1, UNDER POORLY LIT CONDITIONS, ATTEMPTED TO DO SOME WORK ON SOME DUST COLLECTOR BAGS. HE STEPPED ON AN OPERATING SCREW CONVEYOR. HIS FOOT WAS CAUGHT, DRAWING HIM INTO THE CONVEYOR. HE WAS KILLED.
