ON APRIL 26, 1984, EMPLOYEE #1 WAS WORKING ALONE ON SOME DREDGING PIPES, PUMPING WATER OUT OF THE PONTOONS. HE FELL INTO THE LAKE AND DROWNED. EMPLOYEE #1 WAS N OT WEARING A LIFE JACKET.
