WHEN TWO SCRAPERS CRASHED INTO EACH OTHER, EMPLOYEE #1, THE DRIVER OF ONE OF THE VEHICLES, FELL OUT OF HIS SEAT. HE LANDED BENEATH THE WHEEL OF THE OTHER SCRAPE R AND WAS CRUSHED TO DEATH.
