HYPOVOLEMIA DUE TO RUPTURED ANEURYSM
Investigation abstract
ON SEPTEMBER 5, 1986, AT APPROXIMATELY 2:25 PM, EMPLOYEE #1 WAS TAKING HIS AFTER NOON BREAK. AS HE WAS PASSING BY OTHER EMPLOYEES ON HIS WAY TO THE REST ROOM HE WAS LAUGHING AND TALKING AS USUAL. A FEW MINUTES AFTER HE ENTERED THE REST ROOM, ANOTHER EMPLOYEE ENTERED AND FOUND EMPLOYEE #1 UNCONSCIOUS ON THE FLOOR. AN E.M .T. IN THE PLANT GAVE CPR BUT COULD FIND NO HEARTBEAT.
