EMPLOYEE #1 WAS ATTEMPTING TO HOOK A CHAIN SLING TO A DIESEL MOTOR. THE BOOM, SU PPORTED FROM THE CRANE BY ANOTHER CHAIN SLING, FELL AND STRUCK EMPLOYEE #1, CRUS HING HIM AGAINST THE DIESEL MOTOR. HE WAS KILLED.
