EMPLOYEE #1, WHO WAS PERFORMING HIS REGULARLY ASSIGNED DUTIES, WAS ATTEMTING TO CONNECT TWO WOOD CARRYING RAIL CARS. SOMEHOW, HE WAS CAUGHT AND CRUSHED TO DEATH BETWEEN THE CAR CONNECTORS.
