EMPLOYEE #1 CLIMBED UP A STORAGE RACK TO CHECK A BOX OF PARTS. HE APPARENTLY USE D THE THIRD BOX AS A HANDHOLD AND PULLED IT OUT OF THE RACK. THE BOX FELL ONTO E MPLOYEE #1, KNOCKING HIM OFF THE RACK AND KILLING HIM.
