Investigation abstract

AN EMPLOYEE WAS TROUBLE SHOOTING THE ELECTRIC CIRCUIT OF A PROTOTYPE WOODCHIP GE NERATOR. HE ACCIDENTALLY CONTACTED ENERGIZED PARTS OF THE CIRCUIT AND WAS ELECTR OCUTED.
