EMPLOYEE #1 WAS OVERCOME BY SEWER GAS OR OXYGEN DEFICIENCY WHILE CLEANING OUT SE WER MANHOLES. HIS EMPLOYER TRIED TO RESCUE HIM AND WAS ALSO OVERCOME.
