EMPLOYEE #1 WAS USING A WINCH TRUCK TO TRY TO PLACE AN OIL PUMPING UNIT ONTO A L OWBOY TRAILER. IN THE PROCESS, THE OIL PUMPING UNIT TIPPED OVER AND STRUCK EMPLO YEE #1. HE WAS KILLED.
