AN EMPLOYEE WAS TURNING A 21-FOOT PIECE OF METAL PIPE AROUND. WHEN THE PIPE CONT ACTED A 13.8-KILOVOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE, THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
