AN APPRENTICE ELECTRICIAN WAS INSTALLING BASEBOARD HEATERS ON A CIRCUIT ENERGIZE D AT 277 VOLTS. HE TOUCHED AN ENERGIZED CONDUCTOR AND WAS ELECTROCUTED.
