Employee hospitalized after fall from roof
Investigation abstract
At approximately 10:15 a.m. on March 17, 1989, Employee #1 was on a 24 ft 6 in. high roof pulling by hand a roll of insulation near the roof's edge. Unaware of his position, Employee #1 fell to a lower elevation. Employee #1 sustained multi ple injuries and was hospitalized.
