EMPLOYEE #1 WAS USING A 2 INCH HOSE TO VACUUM SILICA SAND FROM THE BOTTOM OF A C OFFERDAM ABOARD A SHIP. HE WAS WORKING THE GRAVEYARD SHIFT. HE SUFFERED A FATAL HEART ATTACK.
