Investigation abstract

AN EMPLOYEE WAS INSTALLING A SNATCH BLOCK ON A UTILITY POLE. HE CONTACTED THE PR IMARY OF A TRANSFORMER AS HIS OTHER ARM WAS IN CONTACT WITH A GROUND LINE. THE E MPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
