EMPLOYEE #1 WAS WORKING IN AN ICE HOUSE, FEEDING ICE INTO AN AUGER. HE SLIPPED I NTO AN OPEN GRATE OVER THE AUGER. HIS LEG BECAME CAUGHT IN THE AUGER, CAUSING IN JURIES FOR WHICH HE WAS HOSPITALIZED.
