THE EMPLOYEE WAS USING A LADDER TO GAIN ACCESS TO A TRANSFER POINT IN A FEED MIL L DISTRIBUTION LINE. WHILE ON THE LADDER HE FELL APPROXIMATELY 50 FEET TO THE FL OOR. HE WAS KILLED.
