Employee suffers concussion in fall from truck bed
Investigation abstract
Employee #1 was standing on a truck bed working on a crane that was mounted on t he truck bed. Employee #1, who was working alone, became dizzy while standing on the truck bed and fell to the ground, striking his head. He sustained a severe concussion.
