EMPLOYEE #1 AND AND ANOTHER PLASTERER WERE APPLYING FINISH WHITE COAT OVER BROWN SCRATCH ON WIRE LATH WHEN THE CEILING COLLAPSED ONTO THEM. EMPLOYEE #1 WAS CRUS HED TO DEATH.
