PINNED BETWEEN TRACTOR AND STACK OF SAD

Investigation abstract

EMPLOYEE WAS INJURED WHEN HE WAS STANDING BETWEEN THE BUCKET OF A TRACTOR FROM W HICH HE WAS OFF LOADING GRASS SOD, AND A STACK OF SOD. THE MACHINE DRYER JUMPED OFF THE TRACTOR BEFORE THE ENGINE HAD STOPPED FULLY. THIS ACTION CAUSED THE MACH INE TO JUMP FOWARD PINNING EMPLOYEE AND CAUSING SEREVE INJURIES
