EMPLOYEE #1 WAS WALKING IN A BUILDING WHEN A HALON FIRE EXTINGUISHING TANK BEGAN EJECTING GAS AND BECAME A FLYING MISSILE. THE TANK STRUCK EMPLOYEE #1 IN THE LE G. IT HAS NOT BEEN DETERMINED WHAT CAUSED THE TANK TO BEGIN RELEASING GAS.
