Employee killed in fall off roof
Investigation abstract
Employee #1, a laborer, was removing the old roofing from a flat roof and deposi ting it over to the edge of the roof in a wheelbarrow. While walking parallel to the edge of the roof, he lost control of the wheelbarrow due to either shifting of the weight or a gust of wind. Employee #1 fell 19 1/2 ft to his death.
