EMPLOYEE FELL 20 FEET FROM ATOP A SCAFFOLD. HE WAS CARRYING A BUCKET OF CONCRETE TO A BLOCKLAYER WHEN THE ROPE ATTACHED TO THE BUCKET AND WAS TRAILING ON THE SC AFFOLD, CAUGHT ON AN OBJECT CAUSING EMPLOYEE TO LOSE HIS BALANCE AND FALL OFF TO P OF SCAFFOLD TO THE GROUND.
