Employee injured in 30 ft fall from roof
Investigation abstract
At approximately 8:45 a.m. on May 29, 1985, Employee #1 was working as a carpent er at an apartment complex in Mesa, AZ. He was carrying a sheet of plywood on th e roof when he slipped and fell approximately 30 ft to the ground. At the time o f this report, he was in critical condition at the Desert Samaritan Hospital in Mesa, AZ, with possible brain damage, a broken neck, and internal injuries.
