Investigation abstract
AN EMPLOYEE REPAIRING A TELEVISION CABLE SAWED INTO A 7200-VOLT POWER LINE. HE W AS ELECTROCUTED. A COWORKER TRYING TO RESCUE THE INJURED EMPLOYEE RECEIVED SECON D AND THIRD DEGREE BURNS IN THE ATTEMPT.
