ELECTRICAL BURNS - FAULT IN SWITCHGEAR ASSEMBLY
Investigation abstract
THREE EMPLOYEES WERE WORKING NEAR A SWITCHGEAR ASSEMBLY. THE EMPLOYEES WERE USIN G AN INFRARED SCANNER TO CHECK FOR HOT SPOTS IN THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. AN ELECTR IC ARC OCCURRED, BURNING THE EMPLOYEES.
