Investigation abstract
At approximately 11:30 p.m. on May 11, 2021, an employee working as a tractor driver for a harvesting crew fell from a trailer while attempting to tarp a loaded trailer in an agricultural field in Soledad. The fall resulted in a fractured arm and leg. The employee was hospitalized for treatment. The employer reported the incident to the Division on May 13, 2021, and the investigation was opened on May 18, 2021.
