Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
An employee was working for a bus sales company when he attended a sales conference and contracted COVID-19. The employee reported symptoms and tested positive for COVID-19 two days after the conference ended. The employee was admitted to the hospital four days later and died on May 16, 2021, due to complications of the infection.
