Investigation abstract

At 1:51 p.m. on May 7, 2021, Employee #1 was tasked with ripping wood using a table saw. The employee was not using a push stick and was wearing loose-fitting gloves. The gloves caught in the saw blade, pulling the employee's hand into the point of operation. The employee sustained a partial amputation of the left thumb and was hospitalized for treatment.
