Investigation abstract
At 2:00 p.m. on May 5, 2021, Employee #1, employed by a tree service company, was delimbing a 60-foot pine tree at approximately 40 feet above ground level using climbing gear. While working, the employee lost his balance and fell from the tree to the ground. Emergency services were called, and the employee was transported to the hospital, where he was admitted and treated for multiple broken bones and a broken back.
