Investigation abstract
At approximately 6:15 p.m. on May 27, 2021, an employee was transferring milk into a delivery truck. While attempting to change the pin on a plunger valve with the pump still running, the employee's left index finger was caught, resulting in a partial amputation. The employee is hospitalized for treatment.
