Employee with COVID-19 infection is hospitalized
Investigation abstract
An employee was working for a mental health treatment center when she left work feeling ill and went to a regional medical center to get tested for COVID-19 on May 26, 2021. The employee tested negative and was diagnosed with pneumonia. The employee continued to experience COVID-19 related symptoms so she returned to the medical center on May 29, 2021 tested positive for COVID-19, was hospitalized, and was placed on a ventilator. The employee was released from the medical center on June 24, 2021 .
