Investigation abstract

At 11:00 p.m. on May 29, 2021, an employee working for a food manufacturer was cleaning production equipment. The employee was using a cloth to clean the conveyor area when a coworker jogged the conveyor. As a result, the employee's right hand was pulled into the roller. The employee was hospitalized to treat a severe laceration to her hand.
