At 5:35 p.m. on June 6, 2021, Employee #1, employed as an associate for GoBrands, Inc. DBA Go Puff, was off the clock at the worksite located in San Francisco, CA. The employee was involved in a verbal altercation with a coworker, who struck Employee #1 with a car. Employee #1 sustained bilateral leg fractures from the incident.
