Employee is struck by pallet jack and suffers leg injury
Investigation abstract
At 6:10 p.m. on June 5, 2021, Employee #1 was attempting to move a pallet using an electric pallet jack. The employee turned in the wrong direction, causing the pallet jack to strike his lower left leg against a nearby pile of wooden pallets. He sustained a contusion and laceration to his leg. The employee was hospitalized for treatment.
