Investigation abstract
At 10:00 a.m. on June 7, 2021, Employee #1 was working on electrical transformers when they inserted a steel rod into an area occupied by an energized electrical bus. The employee was electrocuted as electricity passed through the steel rod and through their body. Emergency services responded and transported the employee to the hospital for treatment. The employee survived the incident.
