Employee with COVID-19 infection is hospitalized
Investigation abstract
An employee was working as an industrial truck and tractor equipment operator at a steel foundry. He was a tractor driver. On June 2, 2021, he called in sick. He did not indicate if he was experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. He called in sick again on the following day, June 3, 2021. This time, he indicated that he was experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. He was hospitalized.
