Investigation abstract
At 10:50 a.m. on June 21, 2021, an employee worked to troubleshoot a two hundred and thirty volt fluorescent lighting circuit in the nacelle of a wind turbine u sing a Fluke multi-meter. At some point, the employee made contact with the ener gized circuit, was electrocuted and killed.
