Employee is killed from natural causes
Investigation abstract
At 11:30 p.m. on June 25, 2021, an employee was installing underlayment for flooring. Based on findings of the Clark County Coroner, the employee suffered a non-traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage. The Clark County Coroner ruled this death to be the result of natural causes, not work related.
