Investigation abstract
An employee was working full-time at a manufacturing facility and part-time for a police department when he was exposed to COVID-19. The employee tested positive for COVID-19 on May 3, 2021, and was hospitalized on May 6, 2021. The employee died on June 6, 2021, due to complications from his infection.
