Investigation abstract

At 11:00 a.m. on June 24, 2021, an employee was adjusting the wire alignment in the knurled wheels. The employee intended to press the jog button but mistakenly pressed the cycle button. As a result, the employee's right hand was pulled into the knurled wheels, amputating the right ring finger. The employee was treated without hospitalization.
