Employee falls from roof while cleaning dryer vent and fract

Investigation abstract

At 9:10 a.m. on June 1, 2021, Employee #1 was cleaning out a dryer vent located on a roof. After finishing the cleaning task, he began pulling the duct work brush from the vent when he lost his footing and fell from the roof to the ground. The employee sustained fractures to both wrists and was hospitalized for treatment.
