Employee fractures ankle after falling off loading dock whil
Investigation abstract
At 12:30 p.m. on July 6, 2021, Employee #1 was cleaning the filter of a floor cleaning machine near Dock Door #2. While banging the filter against the edge of the dock to remove debris, the employee lost his balance and fell to the ground below. He sustained a trimalleolar fracture to his ankle, broken in three places, requiring surgical pins. The employee was hospitalized for treatment.
