Investigation abstract
An employee worked as the Director of IT. The employee's last day worked was June 24, 2021, with the onset of symptoms on June 24, 2021. The employee was tested on June 25, 2021, and tested positive. On June 26, 2021, the employee reported to the emergency department because of troubles with breathing. The employee was then hospitalized because of the SARS-CoV-2 (Severe acute respiratory syndrome related-coronavirus) at 6 p.m. on July 3, 2021.
