Employee drowns after having seizure
Investigation abstract
At approximately 8:14 a.m. on July 15, 2021, an employee was working on the new construction of a boat dock. The employee was standing at the edge of the Southside of the dock, while coworkers were moving a piece of 2.5 x 2.5 x 30 foot long tubbing. A coworker saw the employee rolling his eyes into the back of his head and then he fell into the water. The employee had a seizure and fell into the water and drowned.
