Employee with COVID-19 infection dies
Investigation abstract
An employee worked in an inpatient rehabilitation facility in which he would care of the residents. The employee's last of work was on July 4, 2021. Three days later, on July 7, 2021, the employee tested positive on a covid-19 test. The employer learned on July 16 , 2021, that the employee was hospitalized then discharged to go home. The employee died at home at 11:00 a.m. on July 15, 2021.
