Investigation abstract

Employee #1 woke up with a headache and worked from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM with hospitalized and later died. Employee #2 was hospitalized and later released. Employee #2. Approximately seven hours into their shift, Employee #1 called their partner and stated that they were not feeling well. When Employee #1 arrived home they checked their temperature and had a fever of 103F. On July 2, 2021, Employee #1 contacted their primary care physician and informed them that their symptoms were worsening. Employee#1 had their last day of work on July 2, 2021, and started to exhibit symptoms of exhaustion on July 4, 2021 while at a family gathering for the holiday. Both Employee #1 and Employee #2 's COVID-19 test results came back positive on July 8, 2021. Employee #1 was
