Investigation abstract

At 10:00 a.m. on May 21, 2021, an employee working as a security guard for a military installation was sitting at her desk watching a security monitor and talking on the phone. The employee fell out of her chair as she bent over to pick up a piece of paper. During the fall, the employee hit her head on the corner of the table and injured her shoulder. The employee was hospitalized to treat a concussion and a sprained shoulder.
