Employee fractures pelvis when struck by falling material
Investigation abstract
At 2:00 p.m. on May 20, 2021, Employee #1 was stacking rolls of netting material approximately fourteen feet high when a roll from the fifth row fell and struck him, causing him to fall to the ground. The employee landed on the left side of his body after falling from a height of approximately fourteen feet. Employee #1 was hospitalized to treat a fractured pelvis.
