Investigation abstract
Employee #1 reported to the office on July 6th and 7th and was later hospitalized due to COVID-19. There was another employee, Employee #2, who worked on the 6th floor and who contracted COVID-19 around the same time as Employee #1. Employee#1 was hospitalized due to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, at 8:45 a.m. on July 14, 2021.
